why is my addresses in my address book in grey and i can't add insert address to my e-mail?
i added an e-mail of aaaaaa@aaa.aaa to protect my addresses, now i can't click on to them because they are in grey, i can't insert them into replies to e-mail, how can i correct this problem?
I don't have anything greyed out, but I am having trouble with addresses inserting into the address box. This must be a Yahoo problem. You are not alone on this. I contacted Yahoo fours ago , but haven't heard back from them.
