Noted question part (PCGS, NGC)?
I'm looking at submitting a few coins for grading evidence, but I some questions. I already bought a few pieces of PCGS PR69 classified and they seem flawless to my eyes, but when I started to ask people around me said they use a magnifying glass to find scratches etc. on a coin. My question is: what is their impeccable level? and the power of a lens do I need? I had people who told me X10 and X30 others who have said so now I want to watch my plays and make sure its worth my time to submit them.
Most of the time difference between the PR69 and PR70 is really the luck of the year (assuming they are impeccable and DCAM). In reality, they are almost identical. Frost and cameo should be complete and not very low in all spots. To be honest, I would just be happy with the PR69. The only reason people try 70 is profit.
