Best Graphics card for Micro ATX Case?
I recently bought this new Micro ATX case:

My questions is, what would be the best graphics card I could buy to fit into it? The height of the case is only 11.5cm, so I'm finding it a little difficult. I have every other component sorted.

The specifications on the case states that it has 'low profile slots'. It also mentions that it has a 400 watt power supply (PS) but it doesn't mention what connections it has (other than Sata) that you would need for a high-end video card.

This is sorted in Best Rating order... you need a low profile card and that is what is listed... decide on a card, check if it requires more than 400 watts of power, check if it requires a power connector to the video card that your PS doesn't have, and make sure that the card includes the short bracket!!! A good buy is not a good buy if you have to purchase a separate short bracket for and additional $20 or so.
You didn't mention what you plan on using this system for, so if it's gaming, you've bought the wrong case because gaming video cards are all large. The products I noted for you at Newegg are PCI-E 2.0 cards which will work on a motherboard that has a PCI-E 1.0 or 2.0 video slot. Hopefully, your motherboard takes that type of card... ( you didn't mention that either).
