On Xg 470 Gas Scooter Extreme, if the key is not in it, can you still run it with the pull start?

no it wont start I have one, but I will not recommend this scooter for you on the first day I got it i had so many problems i couldnt even count the brakes were horrible even stopped barley, lights and turn signals do not, work starting electric didn't, screws kept falling out of all the parties that was on the scooter, the seat broke, the truck breaks and head unit recently broke my scooter so i cannot even ride it and I've only had it for 2 weeks and already ruined his BUY IT WITH HIS JUNK!
